Cancellation & Refund Policies

Cancellation and refund policies for under 4-day tours

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
  • Cancellations received more than 7 days prior to departure date will be Fully Refunded.
  • Cancellations received within 7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 3 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
  • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
  • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.

Cancellation and refund policies for Airport Transfer

  • Free Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to your pick-up or drop-off time (Tours - City-to-City Transfers)
  • No Cancellation & Refund for less-than-48-hour notice prior to your pick-up or drop-off time. (Tours - City-to-City Transfers)
  • No Cancellation & Refund for less-than-24-hour notice prior to your pick-up or drop-off time. (Airport Transfers)
  • Cancellations received within 24 hours of departure will incur a surcharge of 10% per bookings. This is due to our payment gates' policies and transaction fees (Paypal or Onepay).
  • Please be noticed that you must immediately double check and confirm to us via email all of the information, especially the pick-up or drop-off DATE and TIME that you submitted to us are correct. If it is incorrect, you can just simply email us via booking@beetrip.net, so that we can fix it for you. Otherwise, we will not be able to take any responsibility for your booking impacts. 

Cancellation and refund policies for City-to-city Transfer

  • Free Cancellation up to 5 days prior to departure day
  • Cancellations received within 5 days of departure will incur a penalty of 20 - 30% per person.

Refund Procedure

Customers requesting a refund are required to send an email with a detail explanation to:

Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive the reply within one business day, please call our office immediately. We will not be responsible if the email fails to reach us.

NOTE: We cannot grant refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
